GP Activity Statistics
The practice will publish monthly statistics on GP activity which includes:
- Number of telephone calls received
- Number of appointments made
- Number of appointments seen
- Number of Did Not Attends
- Number of prescription items issued
- Number of Med3s issued
- Number of text messages sent
- Number of letters sent
- Number of referrals made
- Number of eConsults received or requests for medication via MHOL – My Health On Line
