Medication Reviews

Periodically, patients may be asked to see the Doctor for a review of their medication before continuation of their repeat prescription.  This is to ensure compliance and to ensure that patients are not taking medication unnecessarily.

IT IS THE PATIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT MEDICATION IS ORDERED IN GOOD TIME.

At The Surgery

Repeat prescriptions can be re-ordered by putting your re-order slip in the outside box at the Surgery – with the required items clearly marked.

Register to be able to order repeat prescription items via this on-line service; these are your regular medications you order monthly.
If your require any items the doctor prescribed as short term treatments such as antibiotics or creams, you will still need to contact the practice to order these items.
If you have not ordered certain items for a long time, they may not appear on the order list, again you will need to contact the practice to order these items. Please visit the NHS Wales App portal here
